SHIPPING INFO

• All products are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
• We ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them.
• Shipping for scrunchies is $3.50 across Canada.

SIZE GUIDE

In order to simplify designer and national differences, we have interpreted all sizings into a standardized S, M, and L system.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

• We accept payments through VISA, American Express, MasterCard and PayPal.
• Visa-Debit cards do not work on Shopify.

CURRENCY

• All payments are processed within CAD. Shopify only allows for one currency.

ANIMAL ADOPTION / DONATION

• We make monthly animal adoptions.
• 10% of gross sales are used to adopt species at risk through WWF-Canada's species adoption program.
• Animal adoptions are symbolic - we don't keep any animals at our office (yes, this is a FAQ).
