The largest of all the Asian cats, Tigers have been known to reach the age of 26 years in the wild. Tigers are faced with unrelenting pressure from poaching, retaliatory killings and habitat loss. With as few as 3,200 existing in the wild today, Tiger populations are at an all-time low.
